Initial Hanging

I thought I'd share a recent project. I made this hanging as a wedding gift for one of D's co-workers. It's amazing what a little scrapbook paper, wood, mod podge, paint, and ribbon can do to a plain ole' piece of wood. I'm thinking about opening an etsy store to sell these... still undecided.

  4. You should do it!! Love it! When I glitter, I just use Elmer's and a small paint brush. Then dump the glitter on. Works like a charm.

  5. Okay, so I copied you and am making a sign for my friend's as a wedding gift. I used a large board, one side with their initial and then printed on a scrapbook paper their family name, first names, and wedding date for the other side. It looked amazing and I was patting myself on the back...until I put the modge podge on and it made the ink run, Argh! I almost cried! Do you have any ideas for having this NOT happen? :-/ Or better yet, how can I fix it now? (yeah right, lol; I think the modge podge pretty much sealed it's fate!)
